Training

A properly trained maintenance team is crucial to a MRF’s ability to maintain maximum uptime and minimize unscheduled downtime.  From being able to quickly diagnose equipment problems to having the hands-on knowledge and skills necessary to affect repairs, the BHS training program will give your maintenance team the tools necessary to properly maintain your equipment in optimum operational condition.

BHS offers on-demand training which augments the maintenance overview training provided by BHS at start-up.

  • Maintenance Overview
  • Refresher Training
  • New Employee Training
  • Task-specific Training

BHS utilizes a “Performance-Based Equipment Training” (PBET) methodology for its training programs.  PBET utilizes a front-end analysis of the customers’ needs to develop specific course objectives.  The course then uses a combination of classroom theory, technique demonstration and hands-on practice to allow the students to develop mastery of the skills needed to reach the stated course objectives.  Practice builds competence and confidence, and our trainer will work with each student to make sure that they get the necessary hands-on experience to satisfy your real-world performance requirements.
