BHS Names John Warne President
Warne will oversee company-wide sales and operations

Eugene, OR – April 17, 2013 — Bulk Handling Systems (BHS) has named John Warne to the position of President, effective immediately. Warne, who joined the company in November, 2012 as Director of Sales and Marketing, will report directly to CEO Steve Miller.
The addition to BHS’ Executive Team follows the recent acquisitions of Nihot and NRT as well as the formation of BHS Europe. BHS has become a leading international provider of turnkey material recovery facilities (MRFs) for a variety of applications, and the move positions the company to continue its upward growth trajectory.

As President, Warne will oversee company-wide Sales and Operations, which includes the following departments: Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Research and Development, Supply Chain and Production, and Product Delivery and Support.
