The BHS De-Inking Screen^® System is a new and patented method to produce clean de-ink newspaper at high throughput volumes. A typical BHS De-Inking System consists of a BHS OCC Separator^® to remove larger cardboard from a fiber stream followed by a BHS De-Inking Screen^® for removal of small “browns” (OCC and chipboard). The BHS De-Inking Screen^® is a highly flexible unit designed to improve facility production and significantly reduce manual sorting on fiber post-sort lines. The BHS De-Inking Screen^® can process Single Stream ONP at rates of 20 to 25 tph.
